Here are some basic Troubleshooting Tips when trying to setup a Skype for Business meeting.
- Skype for Business only works in the Safari Browser on a Mac
- Try closing all other videoconferencing application running on the computer
- Check that you are using the correct camera and microphone
- Have you rebooted your computer?
