Here are some basic Troubleshooting Tips when trying to setup a Skype for Business meeting.

  • Skype for Business only works in the Safari Browser on a Mac
  • Try closing all other videoconferencing application running on the computer
  • Check that you are using the correct camera and microphone
  • Reboot your computer
