How to create Skype for Business meetings using Umail Web Interface (www.umail.utah.edu)
- Go to http://www.umail.utah.edu and log in.
- Click on the Mail Icon button in the top left corner of the screen.
- Click the Calendar button that appears under the Mail Icon button.
- Click on New, then click on Calendar Event. The New button is near the top left of the calendar.
How to create Skype for Business meetings using Outlook for PCs
- Open Outlook on your PC.
- Click on the Calendar button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Click on the New Skype Meeting button in the top left corner of the screen.
- A untitled meeting will appear with the Skype for Business links and instructions in the body of the meeting.
How to create Skype for Business meetings using Outlook for Macs
- Open Outlook on your Mac.
- Click on the Calendar button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Click on the Meeting button in the top left corner of the screen.
